We are an accredited training provider, specialising in the training and certification of operators of lifting and plant equipment. We give operator training in all sectors throughout Africa. With more than 20 years’ experience in the field of operator training, the people we train rest assured that their training needs are taken care of by one of the most skilled providers around and our unwavering pursuit for quality is a trait we have mastered over the years.
We are not just another training provider, we are a “Training Partner”. Some of our Clients have previously engaged with the so-called “cheap training provider" leaving them with nothing but disappointment, some terrible horror stories to tell and they never recuperate their losses. Our rates are very reasonable and appropriate for the services we offer so if someone is supposedly giving what we offer for considerably less than us then the prospective Client must ask “WHY” before it is too late.
As our Founder often says “The devil is in the details”. While it is important to have the right documentation in place, it is only a small part of the picture. A Certificate of Competence is meaningless if operators who hold them are not trained correctly. The owner of the equipment is responsible for selecting the right training provider for their Staff and accountability remains with the equipment owner so don't just select a training provider, choose a "Training Partner". McMegz Training is not only locally accredited but internationally accredited too with various original equipment manufacturers (OEM's) - Think about it! - When the Original Equipment Manufacturers trust our training practices then our Clients can rest assured they are getting the best.
